KFC disappoints again

Where to start... having recently submitted a complaint, i was contacted regarding the issue and was told i would be contacted for a follow up (within a week) which was about 3 weeks ago. still no follow up on last complaint

We decided to have an evening of fast food and typically avoiding Mc Donalds, we decided on something else - KFC. We first went to KFC kensington around 8:20PM and only to find that they firstly politely said they were out of double downs, following with no burgers at all! not to worry there still was the Bedford centre branch.

Regardless of constant complaints (from pretty much everyone i know thats been there) we decided to go there instead. We pulled up around 8:40PM to the take away window and the lady asked us to place our order. We first requested a double down (told it wasnt on the menu) then decided to get other burgers. The lady smirked and with a grin said there was no burgers available. she went off to speak with someone and asked us if we wanted something else. we decided to rather get a bucket of chicken. She then disappeared and with laugh then said there was no chicken either and shut the window on us. amazing food with amazing service yet again
