Maxi's
Bad Service

On Monday the 1st April 2013, our way back from a long weekend away, we stopped at the Bridge Maxi's at about 11:00 am (party of 7 people).

We placed our orders for drinks and food at the same time. We waited for about 20 minutes before our drinks were brought to us and then had to wait almost an hour before our food was brought to us. The fact that we never received an explanation or apology has really put me off from supporting your stores

Unfortunately we weren't the only customers who received this lousy service, at least 3 other groups complained to the "Manager" and their respective waitresses. Perhaps management or the Franchise owner should have better planning strategies especially on long weekends.
