Shocking, sloppy service

I was in Kimberley this weekend for the drag racing, believe it or not, some of the people who attends these events do worry about their health and lifestyle... there are no Chinese restaurants in Kimberley, not that I saw anyway - I'm fasting on Friday, which means I do not eat meat.By some chance I saw a sign outside John Dory's that said sushi, I asked the waitress outside if they have vegetarian sushi - she hesitated because I don't think people in Kimberley ever saw a guy with a ponytail, then she said I can order inside... it took me a while to get in, I had no idea where the entrance was. The gentlemen in the front greet, thats normal, I asked the waiter for the sushi menu, this bloke didn't say a word, again, looking at my ponytail, we place the order, doesn't say a word except pay in the front. The lady at the front, head down, she should have been sleeping?!?! Now the sushi, for R40 for 8 pieces of maki, vegetarian, these things were the size of postage stamps, I get 8 pieces of maki at Kung Fu Kitchen for R14 that take up 1/2 the tray... I left the restaurant because people were staring, when I come to collect, the lady at the front, looking at the floor again???
