Disgusted by the service quality

I called elspark for a delivery @ 4:45
@ 6:30 my food was still not delivered and NO one called to explain the delay...
I called and the Manager oupa was "clueless" he didnt even know what to say...
eventually my food gets to me @ 6:55...
BUT 2 items missing
I called Oupa again and he was going to ensure that its delivered immediately
@ 7:30 he calls telling me they cant deliver...
BUT the next day he will make sure my stuff is delivered
The next day came NO delivery NO call
I called him yesterday and they delivered WHAT he thought i wanted
NOW this is DISGUSTING!!!

WHAT is up with this brnach and the incompetency?
