Late and wrong order delivered

18:28 I put an order in, for a pizza and a vegetarian sub. 45 minutes later I phone asking where my orders, its now free (39 minutes), I get told "no lovey" 39 minutes no longer apply. The order arrives an hour late! And the sub i ordered is wrong, they bring me a chicken tika. I phone and complain, to which i get told ooo sorry it was my mistake, why dont you have the chicken tika now and the vegetarian another time. No thats not what i ordered! I told the woman i want it in 30 minutes (20:00), but madam we busy and im the only one in the shop (hows that my problem). 20:15 I phone again asking where my correct order is, they on the way its coming now... 20:30 IM STILL WAITING??
