Waited longer than 10 minutes

Last night I bought a large 3 cheeses pizza, order number 110. Cashier: Patience
I ordered at 19.19 the pizza came at 19.39!!! and you got a big board up there stating if its more than 10 minutes your pizza is free!
I was arguing with the one and I told him about your advertised board he says I'm sorry not when its busy but there weren't even 5 people in the shop!!! that must be fired!!! I told him i am going to report him, his just so brainless he said u can go!!!
Other people got there orders before us!!!
I want someone to refund me or call me back asap!
You clowns got new signage and that could only mean one thing! the prices are higher but the service is lower!!!
