Paid, and still no food

I recently ordered and paid for a meal at KFC for R187.60. I got the sms that the transaction went through, but according to the super clever manager on duty, it didn't. She refused to give me my food, saying that the transaction would reverse. Lo and behold, it didn't. All too clever ne? I complained on the KFC site, but to no avail. You are and I want my money back. Why does it take more than a week to contact me, or do something about it? Wake up
