Had to sit in a queue at the drive in just to be told after my order has been placed that the credit card facilities are offline and I must rather go inside. Surely it would be more efficient to put up a sign at the entry of the drive in to make customers aware of this instead of making people sit in lengthy queues just to get told to go inside!

This is not the first time I have had issues like this at this branch, they seem to be more interested in whizzing people through to maintain their time records than give actual customer service. I am often requested to wait in the parking lot because something is not ready and am told it will take 2 minutes for somebody to bring the order, this normally takes at least 10 minutes
