Refuse to pay outstanding salary

Hi

My sister Marie Graham was a waiter at spur, to start they unfairly dismissed her and secondly they refuse to pay her salary because of outstanding uniforms but she did give it to the one manager and he havent given it to the owner yet (but she did pay for it). We've tried dealing with this matter for weeks know and is still unresolved. The owner was really disrepectfull and because of this spur will never se me or my family again.

hope this matter can be fixed as I dont know what to do any more!
