BAD TASTING/ NO FLAVOUR

Got our normal takeaway for Sun supper and on opening the packet noticed that the gravy was not the usual colour/dark brown but a pale beige, then the chicken coating was not at all the normal taste. The gravy was putrid it had no flavour as though it was diluted!! The coating was the same as though it had been thinned down and had about 20% of the normal taste. Are the staff at this branch cutting corners? as it isnt the first time i've had problems. I did not phone to complain, but on second thoughts feel that the powers that be should know about this!! Some times complaining to a manager does not solve the problem, the quality is not what i am used to!!
