Terrible Customer Service

We were on our way home from the Western Cape and stopped at a few filling stations along the way. Two of which stood out because of poor service.

First, there was the Steers at the Three Sisters Ultracity. The staff at the centre was incredibly rude and moody. Acting as if they were doing us a facor by serving us.

Worse still was our encounter at the Kimberley Ultracity where once again Steers stood out only in regard to it's poor customer service. The lady refused to give us cold milk and was also very short in regard to customer service. Little did we know what would follow...

We decided to make use of the restroom facilities, when we discovered that there was no toilet paper. Thus we went to the front counter to ask that the situation be rectified. we were informed that the cleaning ladies hadn't come that day and that that was the reason for the agregious absence of toilet paper. We asked to be supplied with a roll and were promptly told that it was all locked in a cupboard. Thankfully another staff member approached and demanded that we be helped. Suddenly the other lady said we never asked for toilet paper. She was very moody and threw the box on the floor. Unacceptable
