Bad service

I have been to Rhapsodys 3 times in the last 6 weeks. I experienced bad service on each of these occasions. This ranges from not being acknowledged when sitting down (took over 5 minutes to get service, only after I had to flag someone down). Drinks take forever to be brought to the table, dirty glasses. If you want to order food, you cannot order from your waiter, you have to wait for one of their 'managers' to take this which takes ages. I actually complained to a 'manager' who was very flippant and offered no apology what so ever for the bad service received on that occasion. It is such a pity, they venue is great and very popular, but I find myself reluctant to visit again. I hope they jack up their service and improve their processes as there are many good alternatives in the area to support with better service and food.
