Ad attitude

The ladies who work at milky lane cavendish square cape town are rude, arrogant & very unhelpful!! On a few occasions that we have been to them they have given us bad attitude from the service we get to queries we may have regarding our order, we were then left to ask for the manager to come help us.
i don't see why we have to ask for the manager when these ladies should be trained & capable of doing their jobs properly & in a friendly & helpful manner... right now however it does not seem so & i shall not with family & friends support milkylane cavendish square till this is corrected.
