I have complained about the Meyersdal store 8 times in the past, I was even to by the store manager, who should have been fired for that, but yet he is still there and the service and quality is still rubbish.

I have laid many complaints against this particular branch and it seems as if KFC chooses to blow smoke at me and tell me it will be sorted out, when it never does. OR something does get done but then goes back to the way it was.

A call from the manager of the store is not what I want and it does'nt help the quality that they serve to their customers, Stop saying sorry and do something, saying sorry is not good enough anymore, especialy if it comes from someone who has to you before.
