Table not ready, booking was done and confirmed days in advance.
The heat in there was UNBEARABLE. When I approached the waitress to ask her if we can have the air conditioner set a little higher, I was told by a very unfriendly lady that the air conditioner is set at the lowest. The food, and referring especially to the Quiches and the Salmon sandwiches were not very tasteful, and it fact it had a bland taste. We only received half a scone for each guest, I mean really only half a scone. The sandwiches and quiches were served in no pleasant way, not even a leaf or tomato to add a little colour on one's plate
I had to ask several times if we can have a list of the selection of teas in order that we can see what is available, and after a really long wait we received one print-out which had to be passed amongst 18 guests.
Served in a very hasty manner.
Had no option but to pay the 10% service fee, although stated on their website, that this is not forceable, I was told I had no option and this was done very rude.
This is very bad, as one only turn 21 once in a lifetime. I am so much disappointed.
NO, NO, NO, never again!!!
