Refusal to accept R75 Birthday Vouche

My Wife called CTFM Tygervalley to find out if they would accept her R 75 birthday voucher that she was SMSed for the month of March. As we were recent victims of a house she had lost her cards (hence her calling in advance to confirm if she could use the SMS as proof.

Long story short on over a R 3000 bill the manager flat out refused to validate the voucher!

I am most upset about his attitude regarding the situation and can GUARANTEE that we will not be frequenting CTFM Tygervalley anytime soon.

What an easy way to sour a relativity pleasant night for 12 patrons that all agree with my sentiments above.
