Idiculous mistakes

I proceeded to buy a burger at 15.16, the store was quiet, there was no other customer but me, i told the cashier 4 times to make the burger in a particular manner. The burger was incorrect. I then told her its incorrect and she made another one. I came home to find that she still didnt give the correct burger. How simply stupid can you be? The cashiers or line cooks seriously need to wake up.
