Debonairs Pizza
Possibly the worst service i have ever received

Picture this. It's a Sat nite, u&ur kids r hungry & decide tht debonairs is the way 2go becos u luv their pizza& they deliver. So u call the westgate Mall branch bcos u live literaly behind the mall. But then u can't get thru, the number just rings. So its an hour later, the kids r already in PJ's & at 20:27 u finaly get thru. U place ur order, ur favourite chicken filla. The cashier does not tell u how long delivery will take so u check the website & it says 40 min. It's already 21:30 & u stil waitin..By now u've had 2make somethin 4 the kids bcos they tired & have 2 get 2 bed. Eventually at 22:05 someone hoots outside, its ur Pizza. U r starving & any starving person is an angry person. U complain that ur pizza is l8 & say that u not paying 4 ur pizza as per the website. The delivery guy refuses 2give it 2 u. U ph the store the manager Ferial Harris refuses 2give it to u 4 free & want 2no who u ordered from.u spend R100 airtime fighting with them & ur baby wakes up so now u fuming. U see 2him &then callback 4 their details. Ferial tells u the owner Shabier Kahn is there 2speak 2but the damage is done. U want the regional managers name &num, she doesnt no it :-0 delivery guy leaves with ur pizza.
