Branch supervisor/manager denies service!!!

On Monday the 11th of March. I felt like having some of the famous KFC, which by the way I am a fan of (after this experience not so sure anymore). I drove down to the local branch and at 20:50pm and I live 3mins away. I got to the gate at 20h54 and the gates were already closed. The security guard proceeded to the doors and check if he can allow me in. I had to park my car outside in the dark and walk in and ask them to serve me, even though I am in time to be served as the branch closes at 21h00. I requested two street wise two's leg and side breast and was told by Ruwayda (Manager) that they do not have any. I asked her to get someone to make me fresh food as I am a client and its my right. Ruwayda told me that it is late and she will not make more food as it will be a waste. I was shocked as I do not get this from any other branch. Ruwayda stood for 15mins and argued with me about a simple request for fresh food. She offered me 4chicken wings (Left Overs of the day) and said I should take it or leave it. She raised her voice while I was being calm. The moment I told her I will leave and walk she shouted to someone make the chicken, but only after I had to fight for food.
