Spur Braamfontein cheats- WORST EXPERIENCE!

My friends and I went to Spur and ordered our meals, the waitress offered us options on things such as rolls and sauces the same way a waitress would ask if you want salad or chips with your meal, not informing us that we would have to pay for the roll and the sauces which in anycase we did not end up fully consuming. We only learnt when the bill came that they had charged us for all of these things but also for 9 slices of cheese that we did not even asked about. The waitress could not see the fault in her waitressing methods so the managers were called.
My friends and I had to explain to the situation to about 3 members of the management staff at this Spur and were threatened with having the police called on us before we spoke to the franchise owner who treated us as if we were just students trying to get out of paying our bill. The same thing happened to the table sitting right next to us on that day. After sharing this incident with a few other friends I learnt that many others had had this sort of experience and felt that this was a way for this spur to make people increase their spending at the Spur. We were treated unfairly and almost cheated. This Spur must be stopped.
