Poor service

On Saturday 9th march I went to Mugg and Bean with my wife. I asked the waitress to subtract certain products from my food which I do not eat. She said she will subtract. When I received the account they charged me for the stuff that I removed. I called the manger, and she came to me with a bad attitude. and told me that they still charge you even if you don't have them. I was discussed with her attitude. On top of all that my wife got food poisoning. I walked out of the place without providing them with a tip. Bad customer service. It not about the money, it the principle.
