I visited your Maxis branch in Northgate Shopping Centre.

I am a regular patron at this branch where i found the service to be good to great!
I visited the branch yesterday with my daughter and husband.

I walked and knew where i wanted to sit and the waitress questioned it, i then placed my order for boerewors and chips and a cream soda and coke as i was waiting for my husband to join me us in abit.

My daughters food came and my coke and then asked her to bring a spirit and ordered a burger and she asked if she should bring the sprite nw and i said yes, she then brang the spirit but with no ice!
My husband arrived and she came to serve him i then asked her to put ice into the glass. My husband ordered a breakfast with her.
About 20mins later she had brought his breakfast and when i asked her where my burger was she had a confused look on her face, she then came back with it after i ordered it 30mins ago its was half cold.
by then i was so hungry i just ate it! I then asked her to put my kids food in a takeaway and she brought it to the table and did it where i couldve done it myself when i told her she was confused!
I did fill in the feedback paper and i have had no feedback!!!
