BAD SERVICE

I went to kfc a month ago, on their drive thru, i placed my order, with the lady assisting me, she had such bad attitude, and looking so angry, and she wasn't listening, with my order i wanted ice cream, and changed my drink from a Coke to a fanta, she didnt communicate that with the other lady, s i was collecting my order, i was given a coke, and had to return it, and there was no ice cream, i told thm i had ordered that as well, the aldy went back to get it, she returned with the chocolate brownie, in a cup that had no lid, no servettes, that is totally unheigenic, i did send the complain to KFC through their website, and never got a response. this kind of serice is just not acceptable.
