Terrible service

I went to kfc silverton and was patiently standing in the que, the man behind me went through to the front, I said to the lady behind the counter that that is unfair, why is she serving him first, instead of apologising she began an arguement. And tried shifting the blame on me, I decided not to purchase and told her that I would rather lay a complaint than order. She began clicking her tongue and speaking in another language. I refused to buy there. Rediculuous to say the least. If she had apologised I would have overlooked the incidint.
