KFC
Cant make small cone for my 2 year old son

This is not the first complaint about KFC service. We only buy now for my son who loves KFC.
we went through the drive trough, just me and my 2 year old Friday evening, it was raining and my son was crabby. I ordered his mash, nuggets etc. I come to window to pay and collect order. and my son asks please KFC O cream (ice cream) i ask to please give a small ice cream for my son. he tells me to come around and make an order in the shop in the rain with my year old. I had no shoes and not dressed to get out the car. I explained this to him. its raining, its 19:30 and i got no shoes, he shrugs and tells me his working on time.
sorry. I must come in cant help. with all the time he told me no he could have made a small cone for my son.
very bad service. KFC service is getting worse and worse. what a lack of service for compassion. all my son wanted was small ice cream. not a whole meal
