Loud background, Inarticulate customer service

I have been ordering from Nandos Florida Road religiously eveey second day since I've been staying here in Morningside. I am appalled by the mannerisms and how inarticulate the customer service people are every time I have to call to place an order. The background is always noisy and I have to repeat my order a couple of times before it is understood. I understand that we all speak with different accents but I fail to undrstand how these people are placed to take telephonic orders if they cannot speak to or hear what the customer on the other end of the line is saying!

At least hire people who have the skills to effectively deal with customers!!!
