Yesterday I was in a big hurry and I bought takeaways for me and my daughter. They got the order wrong! The response: Sit down, we'll make another one for you.

My problem is with the manager who just shrugged it off with a quick 'sorry'.

What happened to good service? What happened to responsible managers who says "Hey, we sincerely apologize. The meal is on us! Please come again."??
