Spur Steak Ranches
BAD ATTITUDE, DISGUSTING FOOD

We got to Spur at 10:30am on Saturday 23 February 2013. Myself and 5 other Girlfriends. Spur wasnt full at all (its a small branch so we could see the entire floor plan) We placed our drinks order and about 30minutes we received the drinks. Unacceptable... We then asked the waitress to turn up the aircon if possible, her response to us was (you can see its up the light is on) Her attitude was not needed. We at this point started complaining amongst ourselves. An hour after we arrived we received our standard breakfast we ordered for R19.95. The chips looked like it was fried in old oild, hard and the colour was off. One of the plates had a hair strand on it. When we complained to the waitress al she said was sorry we busy and walked away. Did not call a manager. We waited some more, for her to bring the other plates. At this point we told her we no longer want the food. She took some of the plates away and stayed away. My friend got up to call the manager. We informed her about what happened. At this stage the family next to us also complained about the same reason. The manager simply apologised ad told us we may leave if we want. Customer Service is BAD
