I called and placed and order for delivery at 4.10pm on 26/02/2013. The lady was rude and once she had taken my order said my total and 45mins for delivery and slammed the phone down.
At 5pm I called them to ask the status of my delivery, Jody (A driver) answered the phone. He asked Dashnie what time my order left, she said it left a lond time ago... and he relayed the message to me.
At 5.22pm, My order was delivered, I asked the delivery guy what was the delay, he said that they only gave him my order now, and that Deshnie to me and told me that my order has left... meanwhile it was sitting in the store all along. If debonairs cannot provide a service, then dont offer it!!!

Will be sure to tell everyone I know about Deshnie and her service :)
