KFC
Missing part of my orde

I went to the KFC in Elardus Park and ordered the streetwise pap. I still asked if i can get 2 thighs and the cashier that helped me was still very funny because i am not allowed to. When i got home i opened my bag and saw that there was no gravy in the bag. I phoned them and they said i will have to come back for it but i stay about 10km from there and asked if theres not a way they can bring it rather. They said no, i asked for the manager and she said that i can come the next morning. She said that if i purchase something the following day she will give me a portion of chips for free. I asked her why do i have to purchase again in order to sort my problem out and she said its the only way. I was very upset and asked for someone higher that her number. The phone was dropped in my ear. I tried to phone for about 5min where they didnt answer. Eventually someone picked up and i asked for the number again. Apparently they didnt have a number for someone higher than her.
I just want to know why do i have to purchase something else in order to sort my order out that the staff forgot to give complete to me.
