Started off poorly, ended well

We popped in to Simply Asia on 24 Feb 2013 (Sunday evening) and ordered 2 simple main course dishes. After an hour the food had not arrived. The waitress kept nonchalantly saying that it would be ready any minute. I asked to speak to the manager. He informed us that they had had an issue with their order printing system, hence some orders were not being actioned. He ensured the order was made in the next 10 minutes, and humbly apologised for the mixup. I thought he handled the situation very well. Were it not for him I would have walked out, never come back and badmouthed the restaurant. The food was excellent, and I will go back again knowing that if an issue arises it will be dealt with properly by management. I wish I knew the manager's name - I would employ him in my business.
