NO PEOPLE SKILLS, RUDENESS

The MANAGERS AT PAROW CENTRE SPUR have no manners and people skills. While waiting for our food the power went out and I asked the waitress, will they still be able to make our food, expecting them to have a back up generator for situations like this. She says: I'll let you know in 5 minutes, My reply: Please let it be 5 minutes. The place starts to be filled up with smoke, because the extractor fans are not working... the games are off, the jumping castle is flat, my grandson want's to know... Where is his food? So then I ask her and what about the food now... NO madam I'm going to ask the manager now. While waiting for the manager the coffee's arrive. I ask her where's the manager, should'nt he/she come and explain to their customers what's going on... Before the manager comes, she brings the bill. I'm like no man where is your manager, cause must I now pay for 2 coffees from my card... that's stupid! So here the manager comes. My partner asks him so what now? His response ; " Sir, we can do nothing about the problem. We are telling our customers to pay for what they have received and leave. There are more to tell but space here is lilited.
