Horrified & Disgusted!

Last wednesday I visited the JHB CBD and while walking to ma car i passed by Ninoa In Bank City. I decided to sit down and have a quick lite lunchas i wasnt feeling well. I sat outside on table that was in the shade. Someone immediately acknowledged me and i placed my orders (strawberry juice & Houlumi & bacon salad). My waiter sees me struggling and he just looked and continued serving other patrons (i was the only casual looking person & black) who were clearly having business lunches. Just as i finished the salad at the bottom of the plate i saw a green pot scorer strand, pulled my face closer just to make sure & then next to it i noticed a tiny insect leg (looked like a cockroach) and i could not believe what i saw. I told her that i had a bad service experience and she replied with "you ordered & got your plate of food that's service enough! " and was not willing to listen to me and then she finished with "I know you just don't want to pay for this meal, you can have if for free!!! "This woman is VERY disrespectful and I felt that her actions were because I was black dressed casually that I could not pay for my on meal.
