K F C SELECTION PARK DELIVERY SERVICE LINE

On the 21.02.2013 i was phoning the delivery service line from 7.15 till 8.15 where the line was busy al the time, i phoned there ather line and spoke to the manger on duty and ask why the delivery line stays busy all yhe time and i nedd to order food, her repose was its to late now to order there is nothing she can do to help me.this was not the first time i complained about there service delivery line to them. There food always comes late and then food is cold. One time the chicken piece was short and not what i order. I hope there will be action about this complain.
