I went to get lunch for myself and my co-workers at KFC Northmead, I ordered 1 Zinger Burger, 3 Twisters and a crusher. The lady prepared my crusher and told me to stand aside as i wait for my order as she helped 15 other people after me and they walked out with their meals . 1 hour later she brings me 3 twisters and no zinger burger, she then takes the 3 twisters back and 20 minutes later brings me the zinger burger. All the food was cold by the time i left the store. During this time my crusher had already melted and was just as good as water to me. Every single person that was at the store at that moment had been very upset with this service. Please note this is unacceptable and i suggest KFC closes down this branch because it is just a waste of time!!!
