Useless burgers and chips

I went to Steers Ghandi Square and bought the meal for R29.99, which I really enjoy.
This time the food was disgusting, the quality of the patty dry and tasted like cardboard. The chips were also dry and seemed to have been old chips refryed. I called for the manager on duty and explained my distatse to him. What a useless excuse for a manager! He doesn't know the first thing about customer service!
His excuse was that it could be the bag of potatoes that was purchased this morning.
No apology just arrogance'
.I told him that I was hungry on that day. he then said that he could not reverse anything because the sale was already gone through. I mean really and you are a manager.
He then says to me that he will deliver a better quality meal to me the following day, after first forcing me to come in the next day, which I totally refused to do. After much relcutance I provided my work address on the receipt but no surprise, I received no delivery to date.

Do we have no ethics any more. The least you could be is honest, I would NOT want another burger and chips anyways!!! @#@#$@#$%! %@#$
