Nandos
Staff's attitude left a bad taste

Saturday evening my boyfriend and I decided to return to Nandos (Milnerton) after receiving GREAT service on Valentine's day especially from the cashier Unathi with his great sense of humor and jolly attitude. Much to our disappointment Saturday evening was a total let down.
I couldn't understand the cashier (Wendy) as she stumbled over her words and spoke unclearly as she took our order. Our meals arrived quick but was cold and had no taste. We had to ask thrice for our drinks and when it finally arrived the ice in my glass had melted and I had to call again for straws. Having studied Hospitality management and spent time working in a restaurant I found it extremely unprofessional to have the waitress place her tray on our table when delivering our meals, drinks and again when clearing our plates. Staff members were also having their meals in the booth next to us and having a hearty conversation loud enough for everyone to hear, over powering customer's conversations while who I assumed to be the manager did paperwork at one of the other tables. I found the staff's behavior appalling and doubt I will return any time soon.
