Ordered corn fritter - received flapjack with corn

I ordered the "Famous breakfast" that comes with a corn fritter. It arrived and the corn fritter was a flapjack with corn ontop. I complained to the manager "You can't put a corn fritter on the menu and then deliver a flapjack with corn on top" and he said "that is how it is made"

If he is telling the truth then SHAME ON YOU for putting corn fritter on the menu. It is clearly NOT a corn fritter but a flapjack with corn on top. I have pictures should you wish to see. [URL Removed]
