Ocean Basket
Terrrible food, service and attitude!

We decided to go out for a nice quiet Sunday supper out on the 10/02/2013 to Ocean Basket at the Pavillion. The service was slow from the beginning, despite it being empty, we were served stale breadrolls (which were not removed from our table throughout our meal), the hot main meal was served 30 minutes before the rest of the party received their orders, we did raise this issue with the waitor who did not seem interested. The hot meal was a calamari steak with vegetables and chips. The steak was burnt and too tough to chew, the vegetable were almost inedible due to the oil content. When the sushi arrived the rice was dry and portions were tiny. When we raised our concerns with the manager she was obnoxious and rude and only offered a refund once she had swiped my card and the payment had gone through! She informed us that she couldnt comment on our complaints as "she doesnt eat the food". Not in the slighest way professional.
