Half of meal not being given

I went to KFC Springsgate after coming home from a long distance trip. I ordered a Family Feast and 2 boxmaster meals. When I arrived home to dish up I noticed there was NO COLESLOW and I was given the wrong Boxmaster selection!! I phoned them to complain so they made my come all way back to KFC and gave me my coleslow and 2 pieces of chicken for the inconvenience caused which I declined as the staff was highy arrogant. I have had numerous complaints about this branch, everytime I order something there they are miserable and never have half of the things on the menu. The food is always cold, old and very greasy. I never have any of these problems at any other KFC branch. Your service!
