Not prepared to take orde

Phoned the store to order 2 portions of ribs & chips (my favourite) @ 21h00. Person taking call indicated that it was already 21h00 but the store however closes @22h00.

I thereafter phoned & picked up my order from the Nando's across the road and delibrately went to store and asked for owners details to report incident. Got an email address instead and i send email 2day.

Since no response received, i though well let's report on this site if customer service is not taken more seriously

So it's bye bye ribs & chips from this store, never again
