Piece of raw meat found in prepared salad

I bought a chicken lentil and quinoa salad from Woolworth's in Brooklyn, Pretoria yesterday. Whilst eating, I found a piece of some type of raw meat in my food! It's definitely not chicken! It is against my religion to eat pork or beef and I am very upset and even more disgusted that this is the result of Woolworth's quality assurance! The hygiene in your food preparation is now questionable. I have photos and I still have the salad wrapped in the packaging. I trust that I will get a response ASAP.
