Spur send me an e-mail with above-mentioned message (message in full) inviting me to buy a e-gift for R200 and they will add another R50 which I did.
However the e-gift only shows the amount of R200 not R250. I contacted Spur Customer Care and informed a lady named Jessica what happened. She said I was supposed to enter a Promo Code. BUT nowhere on the e-mail send to me by Spur is a Promo Code!!! The lady said she will inform their Marketing department of this error and it could take up to 48 hours to resolve. UNACCEPTABLE!!! POOR MARKETING BY SPUR!!!
