We ordered take away for supper at spur steak ranch liberty midlands mall Pietermaritzburg, A mishap occurred at the cashier desk while she was counting our items resulting in her forgetting an item. Upon arrival at home some 12km away, we realised one meal was missing, while frustrated and hungry we contacted the branch. After a heated conversation with the branch manager, spur then promised to deliver to our house. Few minutes later a manager arrived, while profusely apologising he returned the payment for the meal in full and gave us the meal we ordered free of charge.
