DISGUSTING UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I have had the worst experience EVER at your Nandos Sandton City branch. My family and I visited the store on 2 Feb. We requested a baby chair and I was told there are none. I have 3 kids - 8 year old, 3 year old and a 1 year old. My 3 year old sat on the chair and almost fell down and so did I, my chair continually slipped which I find unacceptable and dangerous. My 1 year old was sitting in the trolley and I decided to take her out so that she could sit with us whilst we waited for the food. The plan since there is no baby seat was to put her back in the trolley seat to sit and eat. The most rude and inexperienced manager I have ever come across came to us Mckenzie. He told us that we were not allowed to bring the trolley in, we then informed him that it is only there so that my baby can sit and that we can all eat properly. He said in the most rude and disgusting way, she can sit on your lap or sit on the chair!!! How can he expect my 1 year old to sit on the seat properly and how does he expect us to enjoy our meal with her on my lap!!! He insisted and was extremely rude, abrupt.we left. His message to me NANDOS DOES NOT WELCOME INFANTS - disgusting
