Im still waiting

I placed an order this morning and was advised that my food will be delivered within 45minutes. That did not happen at to top it off they forgot to bring my hot chocolate... The order was placed at 08:48 and it was only delievered at 09:59. When I called this establishment at 10:02 I requested to speak to the manager who told me that the hot chocolate would be delivered in 10minutes, it was only delivered at 10:23. This is unacceptable considering that im paying for this food and I buy from you guys regularly. The manager gave me an excuse that there is traffic and its raining, we are literally a few minutes from where you guys are situated. Please do not give customers turnaround times that you will no stick to, if my order is going to be late then a call to alert me would be nice. And when customers call and find out whats happening do not give them stupid excuses. Oh and the manager also advised that they would consider cancelling deliveries as we have too many demands. If I am paying for a service I will have demands, I found the managers statement totally unacceptable... You guys really need to get your act together.
