Old toys for the past 2 months

We have bought a Happy Meal for our son about 6 times in the past 2 months at the McDonalds on Rondebult Road in Boksburg everytime he gets the same toy a Zebra that you shot from a canon, this toy is from the Ice Age promotion which ran about a year ago. How do you explain to a 3 year old why they keep getting the same toy??? They also never have the Happy Meal boxes or ice for the cold drinks... As far as I know there is supposed to be a new toy every week, this is seriously pathetic and every time I complain about it they tell me I can swop it at any other Mcdonald... Why the would I drive to another branch just to swop the toy (I have done this about 3 times as our son does not understand that they don't have other toys)
