Poor customer service

We were seated, but then we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a waiter to attend to us and take our breakfast orders. We were seven in total. I had to call a supervisor that walked passed our table for assistance. He (Francois) took our orders (not writing anything down and showing how arrogant he can be) and we waited another 20 minutes for our breakfast. Bulelwa assisted us and told us she not suppose work today and only helping out. Only one persons order was right and the rest she had to ask us again because the white male supervisor did not right it down as he shouldve done. We came all the way from Kuils river and was given such pathetic and poor service.
