PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is with utter frustration that I type this complaint! I will never again visit the suncoast spur and I will also inform everyone I know about the lack of customer service! my wife and I visited the spur for breakfast this morning, we were seated by the hostess and were LITERTALLY "thrown into a corner" as we were ignored and waited for almost 15 minutes for a waiter "that obviously never arrived", I then got up and went to a manager, that had the absolute audacity to pass the buck in saying he just came on duty now! BOTTOM LINE... attend to your customers first as without us there is no YOU! secondly he needs to learn how to speak to his customers and not speak to me in an arrogant tone! despite my wife asking for the area managers numbers for over 5 times, we left the spur as nobody was of any help! PATHETHIC WORST SERVICE EVER! NEVER WILL I GO BACK
