I arrived at the Nandos Chilli Lane at 19H50 on Friday 31 January 2014. I joined a long and unorderly queue. I got served by Pretty at 20H08. Pretty couldn't correctly take my order of 4 regular chips, rolls and quarter chickens (3 breast portions and 1 leg with 1 of breast being hot and the rest of the orders being mild). I had to repeat the same 3 times as when she read back on 2 occassions the order was incorrect. The order was eventually processed at 20H13. I was informed that it would take 20-25mins to process. I'd already waited for so long and had to accept the status quo. My order # was 04. At 20H28 my order was called out. I was served by one of the managers (a tall black man). The contents of the bag were read out to me off the packing slip and tallied with my order. I only noticed when I got home that there was one packet of the regular chips that hadn't been packed. I stay 3 kms away from Chilli Lane and I had to drive back to Nandos where I proceeded to inform Dylan (white manager on duty) who was rude and indifferent. He gave me the packet of chips without as much as an apology. Dylan told me that he didn't care about any of Nando's reputational risk.
